Chapter 3
Operation
This chapter provides the following information for Vmux-210:
• Vmux-210 front-panel indicators
• Operating procedures (turn-on, front-panel indications, performance
monitoring and turn-off).
The installation procedures given in
Chapter 2
must be completed and checked
before attempting to operate the Vmux-210.
3.1 Turning On the Unit
To turn on the unit:
• Connect the power cable to the electricity outlet.
The PWR indicator lights up and remains lit as long as Vmux-210 receives
power.
Table 3-1
shows the correct status of the indicators a few seconds after
power-up.
